Robert Bassett began his land development career in Prince George in the early 70's. Upon moving to Kelowna in 1977, one of his first tasks was obtaining the approvals for a 12 storey tower in Kelowna. Over the span of his land development work, Bob Bassett has been instrumental in the creation of well over 4,000 residential housing units for over 50 individual developers.
